The Cambridge Qt X 300 control module is a three-zone, networkable sound masking generator, controller, band equalizer and amplifier, supporting AVB media networks, with two auxiliary audio inputs to allow for distribution of audio from paging controllers and/or (background) music players.
The Qt X 300 controls up to three zones of Qt standard or active emitters, and is ideal for installations of up to 36,000 feet2 (3,345 m2). Each zone can be independently adjusted for sound masking and aux audio levels and spectra.
When multiple controllers are included in a single system, audio inputs can be shared across all controllers via AVB or Dante (300D).
The DS1320 Qt Active Emitter, Fusion Edition is compatible with the DS8000. It fuses QtPro direct field technology with DynasoundPro networked sound masking, providing the most uniform coverage and precise control available in the sound masking industry. This makes it easier to mask buildings with varied ceiling architecture – for example, buildings with both open-plenum and drywall ceilings.
The Qt Patient Privacy System is a cost-effective sound masking solution to protect patient and staff conversations in all types of medical facilities. Our direct-field sound masking technology adds a low-level background sound inside waiting rooms or patient exam rooms. The safe background sound is optimized to mask human speech, which makes it harder to overhear conversations at a distance. In today's medical offices protecting patient privacy is critical, and is enforced via HIPAA privacy regulations. Acoustics and sound privacy are often overlooked in open-floor plan waiting areas, and in patient rooms - where sound can easily travel over walls and through glass.
