The CFL program prioritizes your need for service and support while maximizing your communication system’s performance. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers, which is why we have seen fit to take the CFL program once step further.
The CFL “Plus One Maintenance Program” includes all the advantages of the CFL Program with the added benefit of free service labor for all Moves, Adds and Changes to the system for the entire length of the agreement.

With Server Watch monitoring, BCS engineers and administrators watch the alerts, analyze them and escalate any issues if necessary.
