Below are some of the solutions we offer, but please contact us so we can customize a solution tailored solution!
Virtualization goes far beyond just consolidating servers. It’s also about powering the cloud, enabling online collaboration from anywhere, and taking desktop computing to an entirely new level. It’s about elevating IT from managing equipment and systems, to enabling them to deliver computing as an on-demand service. For our customers, it’s about unleashing the productivity and creativity of people, allowing them to seize business opportunity ahead of competitors.
You can get more value and a higher return on investment with virtualization through lower upfront costs, reduced operational expenses, and lower resource expenditures starting with power and space consumption. Your business will benefit from a simplified desktop and application management, meaning less operational time and effort for you.
Whether you need an initial network with just a couple of workstations or you have thousands connected around the world, BCS can design a custom network to best suit your current and future needs. Our network engineers will design a secure and dependable network that utilizes the latest technology putting you on the forefront while staying within your budget.

Let us take care of your network for you. For the fraction of the price of hiring an additional IT employee, BCS’s managed services will monitor your servers and computers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will make sure no threats enter your network and keep your business up to date with the latest security patches so your network is running to its full potential.
Email and Office Solutions
We offer three different email solutions that can all work together to cover your email needs: from setting up email to archiving and security. First, we can set up email accounts on Microsoft Outlook. Archiving allows you to save emails for a specified amount of time so emails accidentally deleted can be retrieved. We can also provide Office, Exchange and hosting installation and support.
Fax Server Solutions
Be green and go paperless with our fax server solution. A fax server is a program that allows you to send and receive fax messages through your computer. This allows fax messages to be stored in several mediums such as word processing documents, graphics, or spreadsheet files. A fax server can emulate multiple fax machines, thereby reducing overhead. For example, a business fax server can automatically send invoices and purchase orders to customers and suppliers at specified times. Received faxes can be automatically stored as files on the server, and retrieved later by network users. In addition, a fax server can function without paper, which saves trees and your money.
When your data center environment changes, your infrastructure must evolve quickly. Your storage solutions must improve resiliency, increase business responsiveness, and respond to the growing demands of new applications. At the same time, rising energy costs require reductions in overall power consumption. Safeguard valuable data and enjoy greater peace of mind with our affordable, versatile, high-performance storage solutions.
Un–interruptible Power Supply (UPS)
An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is a battery-driven power supply that helps protect electronic equipment from a sudden loss of power. It is especially useful with computers and equipment that could suffer damage in a power outage. In some cases, UPS battery units can be combined with generators to provide power for longer-term outages in larger, corporate environments where downtime could hurt business.
Every business needs a strong business continuity plan. Like any difficult topic, business continuity is something that nobody wants to think about, but everyone needs to plan for. Business continuity is the ability to continue work after any number of catastrophic problems, ranging from a computer virus or hacker attack to a natural disaster such as flood, fire, or earthquake. Having a business continuity plan in place takes a little time and effort, but the peace of mind it brings and the ability to continue work after the unthinkable are well worth it.
